Welcome to the website of ACP (Albuquerque Courtesy & Parking).
By visiting our site or communicating with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before using our website or contacting us for service.

1. General Information

ACP provides courtesy and parking patrol services under an observe-and-report model.
We are not a law enforcement or security company and do not perform arrests, detain individuals, or use force.
Our services include parking monitoring, noise complaint documentation, night lockups, and other non-confrontational patrol activities for property management clients.

2. Service Limitations

  • ACP’s patrols are designed to observe, document, and notify only.

  • We do not provide personal security, emergency response, or armed services.

  • All towing or booting actions are coordinated through independent, licensed companies at the request of property management.

  • ACP is not responsible for payments, releases, or damages arising from third-party towing or impound actions.

3. Customer Communication

Customers may contact ACP directly by phone or text message (SMS) to request information, schedule an appointment, or verify towing details.
ACP’s communications are strictly operational — there is no marketing or recurring messaging of any kind.

4. SMS Terms & Conditions

To comply with carrier and federal requirements (including The Campaign Registry “TCR” standards), ACP includes the following SMS disclosures:

b) Consent
By initiating a call or text to ACP, you consent to receive an SMS response related to your inquiry or appointment.
No additional consent is required because all communication is customer-initiated and transactional.

c) Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your communication with ACP, but generally consists of one response per inquiry.
No recurring campaigns are conducted.

d) Opt-Out
You may end any conversation by replying STOP at any time.
